Shipping and pickup
Available delivery zones, charges and any free-delivery threshold are calculated at checkout from the address you provide. An address outside an active delivery zone cannot be selected until that zone is enabled by Adorn Luxe.
Delivery timelines begin after payment is confirmed. We will use the contact details on your order for fulfilment updates. Delays caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimate.
For pickup orders, we will let you know as soon as your item is ready for collection. Please wait for that confirmation and bring your order number and any identification requested at the selected pickup location.
